Work Health Safety Management System
PBMS is committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of its employees, contractors, visitors and members of the public who are affected by our work by continually striving to prevent injuries and illnesses in the workplace.
PBMS staff place a high priority on safety and for many of its clients and contractors, this approach to safety and compliance is what differentiates PBMS from its competitors. PBMS record of compliance with safety, licencing, accreditations, standards, legal requirements and client policies is outstanding.

Safety Policy
The objectives of PBMS Work Health and Safety Policy are to ensure that the business, at all levels, so far as is reasonably practicable:
- Continually strives to achieve a safer workplace.
- Considers health and safety in project planning and work activities.
- Involves all workers in the decision-making processes through regular communication, consultation and training.
- Encourages employees to undertake a continuous program of education and learning to identify and control hazards in the workplace through a continuous risk management program.
- Takes action to eliminate or control potential accidents or incidents.
- Provides effective injury management and rehabilitation for all injured employees.
- Promotes and rewards positive WHS activity.
